William and I would like to invite you to share in our adventure as we Backpack Europe.  I have started this blog so while we are in Europe I can upload notes and pictures allowing you to follow along with us over the next few months.  We will be leaving for Germany on Sept. 13th where we will meet Marianna, our niece.   We will stay with her for about a week before heading out on our own.  We want to begin our journey at Lake Como in Italy and then travel through Italy and into Greece before returning to Germany again.  While staying the last week or so with Marianna we hope to do day trips to France and Poland.

It’s going to be a trip of a lifetime for us and we would love to share our adventure with you.
